Specify it when the standard P113 passes your bench tests but your real-world conditions are harsher: air freight pressure cycles, unrefrigerated summer trucking, alcohol-based sanitizers, or marketplaces that penalize sellers for leaked units. The actuation feel and dosing remain identical to the standard P113, so the customer experience does not change — only the failure rate does.
