Silica Gel Series

Silica gel is the workhorse of moisture control: chemically inert, non-toxic, and able to hold a large share of its own weight in water vapour without swelling or leaking. What varies is the sachet — and that is usually what decides the order. We pack from 1g and 2g composite-paper sachets for jewellery boxes and small electronics, through the 5g Aihua sachet that is the export standard across Asia and a wax-paper version with an extra moisture barrier built into the sachet itself, to 10g mesh paper where faster absorption matters, 10g–50g nonwoven for master cartons, and 1000g hook strips that hang inside a shipping container for a long ocean voyage. DuPont Tyvek is available where the sachet will be handled, tumbled, or seen by the end customer. Orange indicating beads change colour as they saturate, so QC can tell at a glance whether a shipment stayed dry. Which paper you need is normally decided by handling and print quality rather than by the gel inside: composite and Aihua for cost-sensitive volume, Tyvek where puncture resistance and appearance count.
